Brewly · The Cafe OS

The coffee is the easy part.

Behind every good cafe, a hundred small things are quietly going right: the order that reaches the bar, the milk that didn’t run out, the till that matches at night, the regular who got their usual without asking. Brewly is the Cafe OS. It keeps those hundred things going, so you can stay out on the floor, with your people and your coffee.

Nobody comes to a cafe just to be fed.

They come to be somewhere. For ten minutes before the train, or three hours with a laptop. For the corner table that has quietly become theirs. For the morning when the person at the counter already knows the order.

At half past eight, two people can walk in for opposite reasons. One wants a coffee in their hand and a bus to catch. The other wants breakfast, a newspaper and an hour. A good cafe looks after both without making either feel it.

That is not a transaction. It is a relationship, repeated, and a cafe’s whole life depends on it.

The quiet worry

Every cafe owner cares about it.

It is not the bad review. It is the face that came every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and has not been seen in two weeks, and nobody noticed until now.

You would see it if you could be everywhere at once. You can’t. So Brewly keeps watch. It learns each regular’s rhythm, and tells you who has gone quiet while there is still time to say hello.

Built around the cafe, not around the till.

Most software was made for tables that turn. Yours doesn’t. Brewly was built for cafes from the first line: the counter and the tables, the bar and the kitchen, the recipe and the shelf, the rota and the cash. One system, with one memory, so nothing lives on a paper pad the computer never sees.

And it runs on what you already own. There is no branded terminal to buy and no hardware bundle to sign up for.

  • At the counterThe phone or tablet you already have, and a receipt printer.
  • In the kitchenA spare tablet gives you the kitchen screen, and every tap teaches Brewly how long each drink and dish really takes.
  • For the cashKeep it in the drawer you already have. Brewly keeps the count: what you opened with, what you closed with, and the difference.

Built with cafes, not at them

We are building Brewly in the open, alongside a small group of Founding Cafes. We sit in their rooms, watch real service, and change the product around what we see. We would rather tell you plainly what is finished and what isn’t than hand you a polished brochure.

A system you run a business on should be one you can lean on. We mean to earn that, one cafe at a time.

Pour yourself into the cafe. Brewly will hold the rest.
