About Brewly
One person. A whole cafe system.
Brewly is built, run and supported by one person: me, Dhaval Pandya, from Ahmedabad.
Why one person can do this now
Large tools, small team.
A cafe system with billing, kitchen screens, stock, staff and reports used to need a large team to build and keep running. That team had to be paid for, and in the end the cost reaches the cafe through the subscription.
AI tools have changed what one person can build and look after. Brewly is built that way, with AI agents doing a great deal of the work and me deciding what gets made and checking it. The aim is simple: good software for a cafe should not need a big company's overheads behind it.
What this means for your cafe
You deal with the person who builds it.
- You talk to the person who builds it. There is no help desk in between and no ticket that travels through five people. If something is missing in your cafe, you tell me, and I understand it first-hand.
- Your request can become the product. Because there are no layers, an idea from a cafe can be built and in your hands quickly. The Founding Cafes shape what Brewly becomes.
- It stays focused on cafes. Brewly is made only for cafes, so the details that matter to you are not an afterthought.
How support works
Write to me, and I will answer.
Write to dhaval@brewly.co.in. I aim to reply within one working day. My working hours are 10am to 8pm India time, Monday to Saturday. That is a target, not a guarantee, and I would rather tell you honestly when something will take longer.
The honest part
What one person cannot do.
Being one person has limits, and you should know them before you rely on Brewly.
- I cannot be everywhere at once. Outside my working hours, replies wait until the next working day.
- During the beta, Brewly can have small problems, and sometimes it will be restarted for an update. I will tell you before I can, and I pick quiet times.
- Your data is backed up automatically every day, and it is stored in India.
- If I am ever unable to run Brewly, I will tell you as early as I can, and you can ask for a copy of your data.
- Brewly is a personal project for now. When it grows, it will move to a proper company, and I will tell you when that happens.
