Before you sign up

How does the free trial work?

While Brewly is in its Founding Cafe programme, accounts are opened by invitation and your terms arrive in writing before you agree to anything. When open sign-up starts, on Growth, Scale and Intelligence you get 30 days free, starting when you sign up. You authorise a card or UPI AutoPay at sign-up, but nothing is charged during the trial. The first charge is on day 31, and we remind you three days before. Starter is free and needs no card.

Is the price per user, per terminal or per cafe?

Per cafe. One price covers the plan for that cafe, plus GST. There is no installation visit charge here, because setup happens in the app and takes about twelve minutes.

What do I save by paying yearly?

Yearly is ten months of the monthly price, so two months are free. You can switch between monthly and yearly later.

What if I outgrow my plan?

Move up when you add a kitchen screen or start costing your recipes. Nothing you have entered is lost when you change plan.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your plan stays on for a few days of grace while we retry. If it still fails, the cafe drops to Starter, and your data stays.

Why is there no payment fee on UPI?

UPI has no merchant fee in India, so Brewly does not earn on your payments. It earns from the plan you choose, which is why the plan has to earn its price.
